Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an Analyst IV, Store Operations/SAP Solutions to bridge store operations and IT, optimizing SAP-based workflows across S/4 IS-Retail, CAR, POS and ECOM. The role translates business needs into functional specs to improve efficiency and reduce friction at store locations.

Hybrid schedule with in-person days at Salisbury, NC, and remote days. You will partner with DC/DSD teams, coordinate UAT, document processes, and support inventory management and receiving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/IS/supply chain.
• Minimum 5 years supporting retail store operations as a Business/Systems Analyst.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP implementations focused on Store Operations.
• Experience supporting pharmacy script fulfillment and store-level transactions.
• Experience with POS and ECOM integration and store transaction processing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable functional specs and documentation.
• Experience coordinating UAT for SAP/retail platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation for improvement opportunities.
• Ability to facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Store Operations and technical teams for SAP S/4 IS-Retail, POS, ECOM and SAP CAR.
• Document current-state processes and desired outcomes with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate and validate UAT across POS, ECOM, SAP CAR and S/4 IS-Retail platforms.
• Analyze data and transactions to identify root causes and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize inventory management, receiving and POS/ECOM workflows.
• Develop and maintain business-facing documentation for store-facing systems.
• Support rollout of new functionality and enable adoption with clear guidance.
