Mozilla Corporation seeks a Staff Application Engineer, Salesforce to architect, build, and own the Salesforce platform supporting sales and revenue operations across enterprise product lines. You will start the implementation, work with an partner to go live, and then own the platform going forward.

You will shape how we use AI, reimagine headless experiences for end users, and build MCP integrations enabling AI assistants to access CRM data securely.

Competenze

• Eight+ years in Salesforce engineering, administration, or architecture.
• Experience leading or major technical role in implementing and operating a complex Salesforce environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce declarative capabilities: Flow, validation rules, sharing rules, etc.
• Hands-on ability with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience designing data and security models for multiple business units or product lines.
• Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes and related systems.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/DB platforms and API-driven architectures.
• Experience building AI assistants or MCP integrations using enterprise data.

Mansioni

• Lead the architecture and hands‑on development of Mozilla's Salesforce platform across enterprise product lines.
• Define scalable data models, security and sharing structures, and sales processes.
• Build and maintain Salesforce capabilities (Flow, objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards).
• Design lead-to-cash capabilities and end-to-end integrations (Quoting, Contracting, Orders, Renewals).
• Integrate Salesforce with NetSuite, BigQuery, contract-management systems and other tools.
• Establish environment strategy, source control, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Maintain security posture aligning with ISO and SOC 2 requirements; govern data and access.
