Job summary

Mozilla Corporation seeks a Staff Application Engineer, Salesforce, to architect, build, and own the Salesforce platform powering Sales and Revenue Operations across enterprise product lines. You will lead the initial implementation, partner with an integration team through go-live, and own the platform thereafter.

You will shape AI workflows, improve headless user experiences, and ensure data governance and security in ISO/SOC 2 aligned environments.

Qualifications

Eight+ years in Salesforce engineering, administration, or architecture.
Experience leading or major technical role in complex Salesforce environments.
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce declarative capabilities (Flow, validation rules, sharing rules).
Hands‑on ability to read, write, test Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience designing Salesforce data and security models for multiple business units.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and hands‑on development of Mozilla's Salesforce platform across enterprise product lines.
Define scalable data models, account and opportunity structures, sales processes and sharing rules.
Build and maintain platform capabilities using Salesforce Flow, validations, approvals, objects, dashboards.
Design lead‑to‑cash capabilities including quoting, contracting, orders, renewals, and finance handoffs.
Build integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite, BigQuery, and other systems.
