Confidential - Series A Robotics is seeking a Staff Robotics Software Engineer to build the software powering AI-driven robots in live production environments. This hands-on, cross-stack role spans from microcontroller firmware to cloud infrastructure on the R&D team.

You will orchestrate real-time robot code, motion planning and ML pipelines; build data-labelling frontends, perception systems and compilers; work across the stack to tackle the toughest technical problems; and deploy code into

• 5-10 years of software engineering in robotics, automation or embedded systems.
• Proficiency in Python; experience with C/C++ and ROS.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and systemd.
• On-site work in the Boston area required.

Your new Staff Robotics Software Engineer role: Build the software that powers AI-driven robots in live production environments. This is a hands-on, cross-stack role on the R&D team, from microcontroller firmware to cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of software engineering in robotics, automation or embedded systems
• Strong Python
• Experience with C/C++, ROS, Docker, Kubernetes and systemd
• TypeScript/React is a plus
• Able to work on-site 5 days a week in the Boston area
