Northside Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. The role requires Georgia RN licensure and BLS certification, with BSN preferred.

Work hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm. The nurse will provide care across units as assigned within the hospital's standards and scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Independently plans and provides professional nursing care according to physician orders and guidelines.
• Adheres to the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

The Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED:

• BSN degree
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
