Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Georgia. The RN independently plans and provides professional nursing care per physician orders and established guidelines, in accordance with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act. Licensure in GA in good standing and BLS certification are required.

Preferred candidates will hold a BSN, have two years of RN experience, and may possess ACLS/PALS/NRP or other unit-specific certifications; color vision is important for certain roles.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
2. Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
3. Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED:

4. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
