Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse in Georgia to independently plan and provide professional nursing care for patients according to physician orders and established guidelines. You must be licensed as an RN in Georgia in good standing and hold BLS certification.

Preferred qualifications include a BSN, two years of RN experience, and additional Life Support credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients according to physician orders and established guidelines, within the scope of practice defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

REQUIRED:

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing

2. Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).

4. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
