All About Caring Home Care LLC in Hoyte Lakes, MN is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for overnight awake positions in a private home. You will monitor medically complex clients, administer medications, and perform routine assessments overnight, with support and mentorship available.

We provide training and ongoing guidance as you care for individuals on ventilators, tracheostomies, and feeding tubes in a calm environment.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification (or willing to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable, observant, and compassionate— especially during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

We provide private duty nursing for medically complex individuals who require ventilators, tracheostomies, feeding tubes, and other advanced care. Owned and operated by two experienced RNs with ICU and emergency backgrounds, we’re passionate about delivering quality care to a highly specialized population.

Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Flexible)Schedule: 2–5 shifts per week plus every other weekendFlexible scheduling once your availability is confirmedNew Graduates Welcome!
