Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC seeks compassionate RNs and LPNs for overnight awake shifts in a private duty home in Hoyte Lakes, MN. This role involves monitoring medically complex clients, administering meds, and providing personal cares during 10:00 PM–7:00 AM hours.

Paid training and ongoing mentorship are offered to support your growth in a calm, supportive environment. New graduates are welcome to apply and gain valuable hands-on experience with complex medical needs.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification required (or willing to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Stay awake and alert throughout the overnight shift to monitor clients.

• Perform routine assessments and vital signs.

All About Caring Home Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for overnight awake positions in a wonderful home in Hoyte Lakes.

We provide private duty nursing for medically complex individuals who require ventilators, tracheostomies, feeding tubes, and other advanced care. Owned and operated by two experienced RNs with ICU and emergency backgrounds, we’re passionate about delivering quality care to a highly specialized population.

Now Hiring for Overnight Awake Shifts:

Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Flexible)

Schedule: 2–5 shifts per week plus every other weekend

Flexible scheduling once your availability is confirmed
