Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC in Minnesota is hiring RNs and LPNs for overnight private duty nursing in Stanchfield. We care for medically complex clients including ventilators and tracheostomies, with paid training and ongoing mentorship.

New graduates welcome. Flexible schedule of 2–5 shifts per week plus every other weekend. Responsibilities include monitoring during overnight hours, personal cares, meds, assessments and accurate documentation, with a calm supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification (or willing to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable, observant, and compassionate—especially during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Stay awake and alert throughout the overnight shift to monitor clients.
• Provide personal cares, medication administration, and treatments as needed.
• Perform routine assessments and vital signs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with supervisors.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of clients during overnight hours.

We provide private duty nursing for medically complex individuals who require ventilators, tracheostomies, feeding tubes, and other advanced care. Owned and operated by two experienced RNs with ICU and emergency backgrounds, we’re passionate about delivering quality care to a highly specialized population.
