Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking an RF Validation Engineer - Staff in Irvine to advance RF MEMS/SAW/BAW device characterization and testing. You will support R&D, NA, and NPI activities by developing advanced measurement techniques and automation scripts.

The role requires strong RF knowledge, scripting ability in Python/Matlab, and experience with ADS. Collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams is essential to drive performance, size, and cost improvements.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 8+ years or MS with 6+ years in RF engineering.
• Experience with RF MEMS, S-parameters, load-pull and IMD.
• Strong scripting in Python and MATLAB; familiarity with ADS.

Responsibilities

• Advance RF MEMS device characterization and analysis (S-parameters, hot S-parameters, noise, harmonics).
• Develop new test solutions for MEMS/ACOUSTIC devices.
• Create Python/Matlab scripts for automation in on-wafer and PCB testing.
