You will design and execute complex test setups to isolate, measure, and analyze key performance parameters, while learning advanced characterization techniques in a state-of-the-art lab environment.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a PhD in relevant engineering field.
• Must be able to work full time for full duration of program.
• Must be able to work from our design center in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Design, program and execute RF measurements for semiconductors/acoustics devices.
• Perform analysis, extractions and modeling of measured data.
• Summarize extracted analysis and perform reports to be presented among fellow engineers and designers.
• Propose new ways to design the state-of-the-art BAW devices based on physics-based models and data-driven models
