Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer to join a core product/test engineering team, bringing RF integrated solutions into high-volume manufacturing.

You will collaborate with engineers across multiple functions, manage several development projects, and handle both development and sustaining activities with some travel. You will analyze RF parameters, define test specs, and drive improvements while documenting outcomes and supporting cross-functional teams to meet ambitious

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or higher required.
• Strong understanding of RF parameters is required.
• Experience with data analysis and debugging production issues preferred.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing production support engineering for a specific product or group after transfer to high volume production.
• Developing production and characterization test specifications.
• Performing characterization, ATE, and probe data analysis.
• Creating and managing product documentation.
• Providing product development support interfacing with Design, Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, and other teams.
• Driving cost reduction activities such as second sources qualification, yield enhancement, and test time reduction.
