CHAOS Industries is seeking a Staff RF Geolocation Engineer to lead development of advanced passive RF geolocation capabilities for our electromagnetic warfare product line. You will derive, implement, validate high-performance localization solutions to detect, characterize, and geolocate non-cooperative RF emitters in complex environments.

The role spans algorithm development, software integration, calibration, field demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration with Business Development,

Formación

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in RF signal processing, estimation, or geolocation.
• Strong background in detection and estimation theory.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, C++ for modeling and implementation.
• Experience with real-world impairments (low SNR, synchronization issues).
• Ability to translate theory to production-grade software.

Responsabilidades

• Design and derive advanced passive RF geolocation algorithms (TDOA, FDOA).
• Develop coherent and non-coherent passive geolocation and imaging approaches.
• Apply Neyman-Pearson, Bayesian, and CFAR detection frameworks.
• Model real-world nonidealities and assess system performance.
• Collaborate with hardware and systems teams and support validation.
• Travel up to 30%.
