Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Staff RF Engineer in Menlo Park to lead RF module architecture for next‑gen radar platforms. You will design receivers, transmitters, and filters, drive PCB design from schematic to layout and production release, and perform lab characterization using VNAs and spectrum analyzers.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in RF/microwave design, proficiency with Altium, ADS, CST, and Python for tools development. This is a contract‑to‑hire role with a 6‑month duration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of RF and microwave design experience.
• Proficiency with PCB design tools and RF simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of RF modules for radar platforms.
• Design RF circuits: receivers, transmitters, amplifiers, filters, synthesis.
• Develop system RF budgets, cascade analyses, and models.
• Drive RF PCB design from schematic to production release.
• Characterize and optimize using RF test equipment.
• Conduct design reviews and define RF architecture for future platforms.
