Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX or consumer research in a product organization.
• Deep familiarity with behavioral psychology or related fields.
• Expertise across qualitative methodologies and quantitative analysis.
• Proven ability to lead foundational, generative research.
• Exceptional storytelling to drive alignment and action.
• Experience partnering with data science teams on insights.
• Track record influencing product roadmaps.
• Fluency using AI tools to accelerate research cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the research roadmap for the consumer innovation workstream.
• Lead generative research to understand food, nutrition, and health motivations.
• Apply behavioral science frameworks to surface insights for product and design.
• Execute mixed-methods research: qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Translate research into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
• Maintain living knowledge bases, personas, and journey maps.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to craft, culture, and standards.
