Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years in Marketing or Media Operations in cross-functional orgs.
• Senior individual contributor with ownership over cross-functional operating systems.
• Fluency in program management: workback schedules, risk mgmt, project velocity.
• Systems mindset to standardize templates and drive adoption.
• Understanding of how media teams plan, intake, prioritize, and execute at scale.
• Excellent written communication and structured thinking.
• Analytical fluency with performance metrics and basic financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and adopt planning frameworks, templates, and cadences across the team.
• Establish a scalable media operating system for budget pacing, reporting, and automation.
• Simplify intake, automation, and workflow tooling with AI-driven solutions.
• Run cross-functional operating rhythms with transparent schedules and stakeholder communication.
