Instacart is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own key Order Quality design initiatives across consumer and shopper experiences. You will partner with 3+ product managers and engineering teams, shaping strategy and delivering end-to-end design solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile.
• Owns work end-to-end from problem framing to delivery.
• Experience coordinating with multiple product and engineering teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication with cross-functional partners and executives.
• Fluency in Figma and ability to produce high-fidelity flows.

Responsibilities

• Own Order Quality design initiatives end-to-end across projects for consumer and shopper experiences.
• Act as domain expert for Order Quality and maintain continuity on existing work.
• Partner with 3+ product managers and engineering teams to ensure handoff is thorough and actionable.
• Navigate between strategic discussions and craft-focused execution including Figma flows and design systems.
• Build cross-functional relationships and represent Order Quality design in crits and stakeholder presentations.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and iteration.
