BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Hospice team in Deepwater, New Jersey. You will perform home visits to clients in designated territories, administer medications, provide wound care, and comfort care as part of the hospice care plan.

The role requires an active RN license (DE) and at least one year of clinical experience; prior hospice experience is preferred. Youll work with a multidisciplinary team and travel to cases as assigned, with opportunities

Responsibilities

BAYADA Hospice is looking for compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses ( RN) to join our team in the Hospice office , located in Wilmington, De. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in New Castle and Kent counties.

Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Qualifications for a Hospice RN - Registered Nurse include :

• A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in DE.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
