BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager, Hospice for a nursing job in Newark, New Jersey. BAYADA Hospice serves hospice clients on a per visit basis in Hudson and Bergen counties, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

The position offers hourly compensation of $50–$52 based on experience, weekly pay, and full-time benefits. RN license in NJ, at least one year of clinical experience, and willingness to travel to cases are required; home

Qualifications

A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ.
A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
Performing client assessments as necessary.
Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends

BAYADA Hospice is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in North Bergen. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in the Hudson and Bergen.
