Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Ability to influence senior leaders with data and market insights
- Strong sourcing, talent mapping and passive candidate engagement capabilities
- Experience with structured interviewing, assessment design, and process optimization
- Proficient in recruiting analytics to drive continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring for DEPA roles across multiple functions
- Develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with long-term workforce plans
- Improve interview frameworks and hiring processes with data-backed decisions
- Map technical talent markets and stay abreast of compensation trends
- Champion inclusive, structured hiring practices across the recruiting lifecycle
