• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future accounting and finance openings
• Partner with team members to understand client needs, prioritize open searches, and present qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, activity, and notes in the applicant tracking system
• Provide a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects Pinnacle’s values and relationship-focused approach

Qualifications

• Recruiting, sourcing, staffing, sales, or other relationship-based experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting and finance roles and terminology is a plus
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment and commuting to the Canonsburg, Pennsylvania office as scheduled
