Mesilla Valley Transportation in El Paso, TX is hiring a Driver Coordinator/Receptionist to support drivers and coordinate with Recruiting Managers. You will provide timely information, assist with paperwork, and deliver excellent customer service.

Schedule: Mon-Wed 7:00–4:00, Thu-Fri 8:00–5:00. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, life insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year related experience
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Proficient with MS Office and standard office equipment

A Driver Coordinator/Receptionist is responsible for promptly and efficiently assisting MVT drivers by performing several duties and providing exceptional customer service.

Key measures of success:

• Follows instructions, and responds to management directions.
• Identifies and resolves problems/tasks in a timely manner.
• Be recognized by team, peers, and management as a key supporter.

Schedule:

Monday - Wednesday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. & Thursday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Provides effective customer service to drivers.
• Supplies general information to drivers.
• Assesses driver needs; resolves or refers to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains and distributes any necessary paperwork the drivers may need.
• Coordinates with the Recruiting Department.
• Provides timely feedback regarding driver inquiries.
• Generates specified reports to appropriate personnel.
• Provides any other assistance to Drivers and Recruiting Managers as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least 1-year related experience and/or training.
• Competent user of MS Office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
