Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead radar systems engineering across the lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
  • Develop radar software, performance models, analyses, and technical docs.
  • Evaluate radar performance against objectives and optimize capabilities.
  • Support design reviews, technical meetings, and customer engagements.
  • Collaborate across software, hardware, RF, and operations teams.
  • Perform trade studies and support testing activities.
  • Analyze anomalies, drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.
