Job summary

LeoLabs is hiring a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead the technical execution of advanced radar systems supporting space domain awareness. You will oversee contracts, milestones, and deliverables, collaborating with product, engineering, and government teams.

The role requires deep program management, planning, and SDLC expertise. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Menlo Park and client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years in radar/sensor systems, aerospace, defense, or related environments.
• Proven ability to manage technical execution across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Personnel Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Derive engineering requirements, milestones, and deliverables from contracts with cross-functional teams.
• Plan engineering solutions with Radar Systems leaders to satisfy contract requirements.
• Coordinate with radar product managers to align engineering priorities with contracts.
• Own requirements management and document traceability from contracts to implementation.
• Track and deliver contract milestones, coordinating with technical writers as needed.
