Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-graduate semiconductor or related industry experience.
• MS or Ph.D in electrical engineering, materials science, or related field.
• Proven track record of driving complex fabrication process development and integration.
• Some hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing fabrication equipment.
• Expertise in at least one of: through-silicon vias, indium bump bonding/packaging, electron beam lithography.

Responsibilities

• Drive integration of D-Wave's integrated QPU fabrication process from development to production.
• Use JMP and Siemens OpCenterX to track progress and identify roadblocks.
• Design and execute experiments to improve device quality and process fidelity; communicate results to teams.
• Operate lithography, deposition, etch, and metrology tools in D-Wave and Yale clean rooms.
• Maintain tools and facilities; qualify new fabrication tools as needed.
• Design in situ metrology regimes to track production and tool health via SPC.
