Job summary

D-Wave Quantum Inc. in New Haven is seeking a Quantum System Integrator to drive the integration and deployment of production dual-rail quantum processors.

You will report to the Director of Quantum Systems in New Haven and collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams to bring systems online and ready for users. You will work across cryogenic, RF signaling, and system engineering domains, owning end-to-end phases from integration to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in complex system integration for production programs.
• Strong documentation and communication skills across diverse teams.
• Experience with experimental engineering or physics projects in R&D environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute project management and drive technical problem solving across teams.
• Design, implement, and guide testing programs to validate systems.
• Plan long-term cross-functional integration strategies for efficient delivery.
