Job summary

d-Matrix is seeking a Staff Quality Automation Engineer to turn QE workflows into reliable internal products. You will build reusable automation, support test engineers and software engineers across d-Matrix, and help deliver robust product releases using modern tooling and AI-assisted workflows.

You will work with QE and Engineering to understand users' needs, define scope, and raise blockers while contributing to reusable tooling, documentation, and diagnostics for broader adoption across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA or software engineering.
• Strong software-development skills with ability to debug and explain design choices.
• Experience building shared test automation or engineering tools used by others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QE and Engineering to understand users' needs and priorities.
• Build and maintain shared automation, test frameworks and harnesses across configurations.
• Turn scripts and prototypes into usable tools with clear interfaces and docs.
• Integrate tools with CI, nightly and release workflows and record reproducible results.
• Provide documentation, examples, and feedback channels for adoption.
