• Architect and evolve the Slingshot platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery from design to optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and DevOps teams.
• Partner with Data and ML teams for ad selection and optimization.
• Champion observability and reliability practices.
• Mentor and guide engineers across teams.
