Qualifications

• Must hold valid California Physical Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours (1 business day) of physician referral.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with physician approval.
• Deliver treatment per physician orders and PT best practices.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants per state regulations.
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation of all patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care conferences.
