Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Staff Project Engineer in Minneapolis to oversee engineering design efforts for various projects. You will coordinate with teams to manage budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and has at least 3 years of experience in detailed engineering design. The role includes preparing cost estimates and managing vendor compliance, making strong teamwork and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of detailed engineering design experience for design-only and/or EPC projects.
• Engineers in Training-EIT Certification Preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct discipline and overall engineering design efforts for Design-only and/or EPC projects.
• Coordinate schedule, budget, and progress measurement functions with project controls teams.
• Prepare project cost estimates and subcontract plan.
