Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Staff Project Accountant in Seattle, WA on site to grow your construction accounting career. You will handle project setup, job costing, billing, and financial reporting while partnering closely with operations and leadership.

You will support month-end close, reconciliations, and audit work; GAAP, Advanced Excel, and ERP systems are essential. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting and 3+ years of experience; construction accounting experience is

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, AP, AR, and job costing.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Construction accounting experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage project setup, job costing, change orders, billing, and project closeout activities within the ERP system.
• Process and reconcile accounts receivable, customer billings, collections, and payment applications.
• Review and process vendor invoices, subcontractor billings, and accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, financial reports, and tax-related filings.
• Support month-end close, audits, and subcontractor compliance administration.

Salary: $78,000 – $82,000 DOE
