CFS in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Staff Accountant for an onsite role focused on project accounting, job costing, and month-end close. You will interact with leadership and gain exposure to construction-related accounting in a growing company.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 3+ years of GAAP-driven experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems; construction accounting is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Construction accounting and/or job costing experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and job cost adjustments.
• Manage project setup, change orders, and contract billing activities.
• Process customer invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
• Review and process vendor invoices and support accounts payable functions.
• Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and tax filings.
• Maintain ERP data and support special accounting projects.
