Harvey, Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Production Engineering in San Francisco to design, build, and operate the company’s core compute and networking infrastructure, Kubernetes platform, and production automation.

You will partner with product and security teams to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure that supports rapid AI-driven deployments. You have 10+ years in software or production engineering, deep experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and

10+ years of software, infrastructure, site reliability, or production engineering experience.
Deep experience building and operating large-scale cloud infrastructure.
Strong track record with Kubernetes in production.
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform or Pulumi).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

Design, build, and operate Harvey’s production infrastructure including compute, networking, and AI workloads.
Drive technical direction across compute, networking, Kubernetes, workflow orchestration, and operations.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, security, and cost.
Collaborate with Product, Security, and Platform teams to translate requirements into resilient solutions.
Mentor engineers, establish reusable patterns, and raise the engineering bar through docs and reviews.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response when needed.
