Headway is seeking a senior growth/product marketer to lead the patient journey across acquisition, activation, and retention. You will own positioning, messaging, and launch narratives, and build a test-and-learn engine with Growth and Product.

You are a strategic writer and experimenter, comfortable with ambiguity, with 8+ years in consumer-focused product/growth marketing. Equity and benefits accompany a competitive base salary.
