1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. About the Role:

As Headway’s first Staff Product Marketing Manager, Commercial (Enterprise B2B), you’ll play an integral role in scaling Headway’s product marketing function. Reporting directly into Headway’s Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you’ll be responsible for product marketing for our payers and health systems – including product messaging & positioning, product launches, and sales enablement content – all in support of building a world-class GTM engine. You will be a key voice of the customer internally and work cross-functionally to drive marketing campaigns, new product releases, and enable sales to position and sell our commercial products.

You Will:

  • Become an expert on our payer and health system products – develop a deep understanding of the market, our competitive landscape, and our customers
  • Own positioning and messaging (including personas) to elevate the quality of our marketing and sales motions
  • Lead product launches, working closely with cross-functional partners (product management, marketing, comms, design, enablement, clinical, sales, CX, ops)
  • Create and deploy strategic sales trainings and assets to empower our sales team to best position Headway and our value propositions

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected base pay range for this position is $195,500-$230,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
