Job summary

Postman is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the product strategy for its web experience across postman.com and related properties. You will own the web as a customer-facing product and a business system, shaping journeys, expanding top-of-funnel discovery, and building a solid analytics foundation.

You will lead across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, SEO, Brand, and Growth, with a focus on global scalability and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with customer-facing web products at scale.
• Proven track record of measurable outcomes and impact.
• Deep expertise in web product design, rendering, and content delivery.
• Strong SEO and information architecture for discovery at scale.
• Focus on performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and reliability.
• Experience with experimentation and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Set the web product vision and roadmap for postman.com and related properties.
• Expand discovery and top-of-funnel reach for the Postman suite.
• Own key web journeys from first visit to product entry and adoption.
• Partner with Data/Engineering to define instrumentation and dashboards.
• Lead technical search optimization as a product capability.
• Influence across Product, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and SEO teams.
• Design for a global audience with internationalization/localization considerations.
