Job summary

Roo is seeking a Client Support Specialist to ensure positive experiences for veterinarians, hospitals, and technicians using our veterinary staffing platform. You will be the primary contact via email, LiveChat, and phone, helping users navigate the system and resolve issues.

Based in the United States, you will work during client support hours, including early mornings/evenings Central time and weekend rotations, collaborating with regional BD/AMs and other teams to deliver timely, accurate

• 2+ years experience in client/customer support, ideally in an early-stage startup.
• Veterinary technician or animal healthcare industry experience a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and accurate in communications; familiar with support tools like Hubspot.
