Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Vault to own the product vision, strategy, and execution of our document and knowledge management platform for legal and enterprise clients. You will shape how firms and teams securely store, search, and leverage sensitive documents within Harvey’s AI-powered ecosystem.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, AI/ML, and GTM, drive enterprise integrations with iManage, SharePoint, Dropbox, and Box, define KPIs, and mentor

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products in enterprise SaaS or data-intensive domains.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering on system design and retrieval architectures.
• Experience building products handling sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Vault product vision and roadmap; align with Harvey’s AI-driven strategy.
• Drive end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams through ideation to launch.
• Partner with engineering to guide architecture decisions for scalable, secure systems.
• Understand customer needs across law firms and enterprises; translate insights into product improvements.
