Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Vault to own the product vision, strategy, and execution for our document and knowledge management platform. You will lead cross‑functional teams to ship secure, scalable Vault features—enabling law firms and enterprise clients to securely store, search, and leverage their documents within Harvey’s AI-powered ecosystem.

You will drive end‑to‑end development, collaborate with engineering on architecture, and champion customer needs to drive adoption

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including staff/senior PM at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience owning and scaling complex platform/infrastructure products, ideally in enterprise SaaS or data-intensive domains.
• Strong technical acumen to engage with engineering on system design, distributed systems, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Vault product vision and roadmap, aligning with Harvey’s AI-driven mission.
• Lead end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, AI/ML, and GTM.
• Partner with engineering leadership on technical decisions to build scalable, secure, and performant systems.
• Understand customer needs by collaborating with CS, Sales, and Legal Product Specialists; translate insights into improvements.
• Own enterprise integrations strategy for document management systems like iManage, SharePoint, Dropbox, Box.
• Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for Vault adoption, engagement, and value realization.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Admin/Governance for successful launches and alignment.
• Mentor other product managers and help scale the product organization.
