Fastly, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define the next generation of user and developer experiences on the Edge Platform.

You’ll shepherd requirements, drive adoption, and deliver tooling for UX, IAM, and API token lifecycle while partnering with engineering, design, and GTM teams. You’ll translate customer needs into crisp product requirements, manage cross-functional roadmaps, and measure success with data-driven goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or technical product leadership, ideally on security, IAM, infrastructure, or developer facing products.
• Clear, confident communicator who can tailor your narrative in real-time to executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for UX and developer experiences for the Fastly Control Panel, CLI and developer tooling.
• Define the roadmap for identity and access management (IAM), AI agent access, and API token lifecycle capabilities across Fastly’s edge platform with the principle of least privilege.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver access tooling to customers.
• Define and monitor success metrics using data-driven goals.
• Understand use cases across industry segments and translate to crisp product requirements.
• Foster relationships with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
• Collaborate with security engineering, infrastructure, customer support, and sales engineering for multi-tenant workflows.
