Job summary

Fastly is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define the next generation of user and developer experiences on our Edge Platform. You’ll drive roadmap, partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to empower developers and platform teams.

You will synthesize customer requirements, deliver tooling, IAM, and access management capabilities, and define metrics to measure success across a multi-tenant environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or technical product leadership.
• Clear, confident communicator who can tailor narrative for executives and customers.
• Strong ability to translate market problems into clear value.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for UX and developer experiences for the Fastly Control Panel, CLI and developer tooling.
• Define IAM, AI agent access, and API token lifecycle capabilities with least privilege.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver access tooling to customers.
• Define and monitor success metrics using data-driven goals.
• Understand use cases across industry segments and translate to crisp product requirements.
• Foster relationships with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
• Collaborate with security engineering, infrastructure, customer support, and sales engineering to ensure seamless workflows.
