Job summary

Fastly is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define the next generation of user and developer experiences on the Edge Platform. You will drive customer solution requirements, adoption, and roadmaps for developer tooling, UX, and IAM.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to evolve experiences and deliver secure, scalable multi-tenant workflows. This role requires close partnership with security, infrastructure, and sales engineering to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for the next phase of UX and developer experiences for the Fastly Control Panel, CLI and developer tooling
• Define the roadmap for identity and access management (IAM), AI agent access, and API token lifecycle capabilities across Fastly’s edge platform with the principle of least privilege
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver access tooling to customers
• Define and monitor success metrics using data-driven goals
• Understand use cases across a broad spectrum of industry segments, translate and synthesize those into crisp product requirements
• Foster strong relationships with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Revenue teams
• Collaborate directly with core security engineering, infrastructure, customer support, and sales engineering to ensure seamless, multi-tenant developer workflows.
