Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Product Manager, Security to own the security surface of its cloud platform, including IAM and KMS, with a focus on enterprise readiness and scalable, frictionless user experiences.

You will partner with Security and Platform Engineering to deliver security capabilities, measure adoption, and drive revenue growth while keeping the user experience fast and self-serve.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform/infrastructure.
• Turn data signals into clear decisions about what to build next.
• Win over engineers, designers, executives, and customers without formal authority.
• Work with engineering to launch, measure, and iterate products.
• Technically fluent to discuss authentication, authorization, and isolation boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own the Security Roadmap: define and drive the product roadmap for the security surface from signal to launch and iteration.
• Define Identity and Access Management: ship IAM and KMS across console and API.
• Harden Tenant Isolation: set requirements for multi-tenant GPU infrastructure.
• Build Audit and Compliance Capabilities: deliver audit logging, evidence, and compliance features.
• Partner with Security Engineering and platform teams to translate security requirements into capabilities.
• Unlock Revenue Without Adding Friction: prioritize security work that opens enterprise segments while preserving self-serve UX.
• Measure and Iterate: instrument adoption, learn from feedback, and iterate to close deals.
