Lambda seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Detection & Response function, ensuring 24/7 security coverage across a multi-cloud infrastructure. You’ll drive automation, threat hunting, and proactive security programs while aligning with executive leadership and product teams.

You will build scalable processes, mentor senior engineers, and coordinate cross-functionally to reduce risk and improve the security posture as Lambda scales its AI cloud platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of security experience with 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Proven ability to define and build security programs from the ground up.
• Excellence at building automation-first security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Detection & Response team to provide 24/7 security coverage.
• Define processes, culture, and rhythms balancing startup agility with security discipline.
• Architect incident response processes and triage protocols for scalable growth.
