Constructor.io is seeking a Staff Product Manager to elevate our search and discovery platform across retail sectors. You will lead the product strategy, align ML/IR research with customer outcomes, and drive measurable improvements in relevance and value across teams.

You will partner with ML, data science, and engineering to balance accuracy, latency, and cost, while scaling recall, ranking, and personalization through a unified quality metric.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in search/discovery or ML/NLP-heavy products.
• Track record of moving business metrics (conversion, revenue, engagement) at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-quarter direction for the Product Discovery Engine and tie to business outcomes.
• Own strategy and roadmap, improving relevance and correctness of results.
• Collaborate with ML, data science, and engineering to deploy models from idea to production.
