Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 9+ years of experience.
• 3+ years directing assignments for cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as CSPO, CPM, CSM or related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Garna consensus among stakeholders, leadership, programs, and practice teams.
• Support a program/portfolio; drive thought leadership in practice and delivery.
• Mentor individuals within the business unit; provide feedback for development.
• Present to diverse internal and external audiences.
• Lead strategic initiatives for a program/portfolio; support tactical tasks.
• Communicate effectively to influence decision making for high-value outcomes.
• Support growth opportunities including proposal writing, solution development, and briefings.
• Partner with Project and Program Managers to ensure scope and deliverables.
