Job summary

Horizon3 in San Francisco is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead NodeZero Tripwires strategy, development, and evolution of threat detection offerings. You will own the vision, roadmap, and deployment strategy across Tripwires, integrating with SIEM, SOAR, and analytic workflows to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Security to translate attacker behavior into durable defensive capabilities, drive growth, reduce false

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, security, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of SOC workflows, threat detection, and incident response.
• Experience turning attacker behavior into defensible product capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align executives.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and roadmap-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for NodeZero Tripwires.
• Own portfolio across Tripwires and related detection workflows.
• Translate offensive results into durable defensive value with automation.
• Ensure high confidence alerts with low false positives and actionable metrics.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver SIEM/SOAR integrations and workflows.
• Lead dashboards and analyst experience for quick response.
• Engage with customers to identify market opportunities and monetization.
