General Motors is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and drive the product strategy for AI/ML training workflows across GM’s autonomous vehicle platform. You will partner with engineering, data science, and autonomy teams to enable scalable training data, experiment configuration, and developer productivity.

The role emphasizes strong technical judgment, stakeholder influence without formal authority, and a metrics-driven approach to improve throughput, cost efficiency, and model quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or related technical product experience.
• Experience building products for AI/ML, data science, developer productivity, infrastructure, or similar.
• Defined product vision, strategy, requirements, and success metrics from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and execution for AI/ML training workflow capabilities.
• Understand the end-to-end ML training lifecycle from data selection to deployment handoffs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized product requirements.
