Job summary

Unity is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the Vector applied research team and shape the evolution of User Acquisition products within Unity Ads. You will lead product strategy and execution for campaign management and optimization, partnering with advertisers, scientists, and engineering to deliver impactful ML solutions.

You will define success metrics, use experimentation to evaluate results, and explore agentic approaches to simplify advertiser workflows and decision making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading technical or ML‑driven products.
• Strong experience in mobile advertising, particularly User Acquisition.
• Experience shaping product strategy and aligning teams around business and user priorities.
• Ability to use data‑driven decision making, including cohort analysis, to assess ML product and algorithm performance.
• Strong understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, and data analysis; bridge between technical teams and product goals.
• Experience deploying ML models in production and working with large‑scale data.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into actionable ML solutions aligned with objectives and user needs.
• Build and maintain roadmaps for User Acquisition initiatives, prioritizing high‑value features.
